You may return new, unopened items from stevegladen.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of purchase price, less shipping and handling, unless you are returning defective goods, wrong shipments or other items due to our error. We will provide a full refund including return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, you may receive a refund in less time. The time period includes the time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Items that are Not Returnable

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns of the following items:

  • Products that have been opened,unless the product is defective or incomplete
  • Products that have been damaged. If damage occurred in the shipment to you, please make a claim from the shipping firm.

Calculating Your Refund

A full refund, less shipping and handling will be issued for any new, unopened items from stevegladen.com and returned within 30 days of delivery unless you are returning defective goods, wrong shipments or other items due to our error. Defective goods or missing items will be replaced or fulfilled within 30 days of notice. The following conditions and exceptions apply.

Partial refunds:

  • Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item’s price.
  • Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item’s price.
  • Any non-defective CD or DVD that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item’s price.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item’s price.

Receiving a Refund

We’ll request a refund after we receive and process your return.

Expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you’ll receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes:

  • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
  • 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
